When can I place an order for next spring?
We encourage our customers to place their spring orders as soon as possible. Many of our items are in high demand and are distributed on a first come-first serve basis. Placing your order early helps to secure the plants you need.
How can I pay for my order?
All sales are on a C.O.D. basis unless credit has been approved. Acceptable forms of C.O.D. payment include check, cash and credit card. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.
Terms for customers who have an approved Liner Source credit application on file is Net 30 days from date of shipment
How can I establish credit with Liner Source, Inc?
Customers must complete and sign the Liner Source confidential credit application. You may download and print a copy of the credit application. You may also call our office and request a copy of the credit application to be faxed to you. A minimum of 3 credit references is required; Liner Source prefers that those references come from within the nursery industry. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for credit application processing and approval.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
Florida Customers:
We must have your tax exemption certificate on file before or at the time of sale in order to deduct sales tax from an order. If no certificate is on file or presented at the time of purchase, Florida state law obligates us to charge sales tax.
Out of state customers:
Out of state shipments are not charged sales tax. However, if you arrange to pick up your order at Liner Source, we will require that a tax exemption certificate be on file or be presented at the time of purchase if sales tax is to be deducted from your order.
How will my order be shipped?
All small quantity liner orders will be shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight service unless other arrangements have been made. Shipment is made at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Minimum order for shipping is one plant variety per box. All shipments are sent C.O.D. unless prior credit arrangements have been made. With all orders, please specify the method of shipment if you do not plan to pick up stock at the nursery. For larger liner and/or container plant orders, Liner Source, Inc. will seek the most reasonable means to ship LTL and/or full loads.
Where do you ship?
We are able to ship to all U.S. states except California. This includes Hawaii and Alaska. We are also happy to ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Trinidad Tobago and the Bahamas.
All international shipments require a Phytosanitary inspection. The fee for this inspection is $55 and subject to change at any time. Additional agricultural inspections that are necessary will be charged to the customer.
When will my order ship?
If your products are in stock and ready to ship we will strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Shipments are normally made on Mondays and Tuesday for orders going FedEx Ground or FedEx freight. This is done to ensure you receive your plants before the weekend. Florida shipments being shipped Mike Barber Trucking will be shipped on Mondays. There are few exceptions where we are able to ship Mike Barber on Wednesday. Shipments going via Delta Cargo will be delivered to the airport on Tuesdays. Orders being shipped through a third party trucking company will be solely dependent on the available schedule of the trucking company. We do our best to ensure you receive you order in a timely manner, however delays may occasionally occur. Liner Source, Inc can make no guarantee as to the transit time of your shipment and will hold no responsibility as to the condition of your products once received as a result of a delay.
Customer pick-up is always welcome.
What is the minimum order?
On orders that will require shipping FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight a minimum of one box is required. Each box packs (120) 2" liners (2 trays), (35) 4" liners, (24) quart liners, (16) 5" pans, and (10) 6” container plants. Due to the weight and size of the 10” container plants, these are not able to be shipped in boxes and therefore are unable to ship via FedEx.
For orders that will be picked up, a minimum of 1 tray is required for all non-container products. Trays are only sold with a single variety in each tray; we will not split trays. Container materials require a minimum of 1 plant.
Can I pick up my order from your nursery?
We welcome and encourage our customers to pick up their orders. We hand grade all of our plants so a 24 hour notice is recommended for all pick up orders to ensure prompt loading once you arrive. You may experience a short delay upon arrival if adequate notice is not given.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm EST. Please call to confirm hours during holidays.
