Amount of Sunlight: Sun to Partial Shade / Light Shade
Amount of Water: Water regularly but give the plant time to dry out between waterings.
Soil Conditions: Well drained soil
Cold Hardiness Zone: 9-11
ALL PARTS OF PLANT ARE POISONOUS IF INGESTED.
No trimming is needed other than to remove an old leaf and stem. This plant can't be cut back for size, so make sure its ultimate height and width will work in your landscape. If cold damages an established selloum, it may die all the way back but send up new sprouts in spring. Selloums are susceptible to spider mites, especially when kept indoors. Timing is very important to kill the entire egg hatch. Use spreader sticker to obtain optimum coverage and be sure to spray both sides of the leaves.
